Seminole Science Charter School Students Raise Money for Local Charity

Seminole Science Charter School children collected more than $800 for Runway to Hope. Kids chose to donate to the Central Florida organization which supports families during battles with pediatric cancer. Middle schoolers picked the non-profit after seeing the impact the disease has had on local residents. This effort was part of October’s Red Ribbon Week and demonstrates SSCS students’ dedication to helping others.

Seminole Science Charter School’s National Junior Honor Society recently organized a Kids Night Out – raising money for Runway to Hope, a local charity that supports the children and families battling pediatric cancer.
