There's been a change a the UCF Business Incubator at Winter Springs. With the promotion of Rafael Caamano to interim director of the program, a new manager of the Seminole County location was named.

If you're familiar with the Incubation program, then you have met Michael Weiss, who has worked for the UCF Business Incubation Program for more than a decade. If you haven't met Michael, reach out to get to know him as he is now the manager of the Winter Springs incubator.
