At a press conference held Tuesday, October 7 at 1:30pm, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer declared a State of Emergency in the City of Orlando. The city’s Emergency Operations Center will move to a Level 2 Activation on Tuesday, October 8, at 10am and expects to move to a Level 1 Full Activation on Wednesday, October 9 at 12pm.
