Walk for Parkinson| April 12 | 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The Parkinson Association of Central Florida proudly presents the 11th Annual Walk for Parkinson at Cranes Roost Park. Bring your family, friends and co-workers as we come together to raise vital funds for local programs, education and groundbreaking research in the quest for a cure!
WaterStone Church Good Friday Celebration| April 18 | 4:30 – 9 p.m.
Good Friday marks the start of the Easter weekend, and WaterStone Church is celebrating with a gathering to encourage hope and purpose in the lives of others. Everyone is invited to bring friends and family to worship and enjoy the festivities.
WaterStone Church Easter Service| April 20 | 6:30 – 11 a.m.
This free, family-friendly community service event will be held in the Eddie Rose Amphitheater in Cranes Roost Park. Enjoy a free continental breakfast followed by live worship, hosted by WaterStone Church.
Breakthrough T1D One Walk| April 26 | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
As the leading global organization for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research and advocacy, Breakthrough T1D has driven nearly every major T1D advancement. Join a movement dedicated to improving lives and accelerating breakthroughs on the path to a cure.
Docs Rock for NF and 80s Dance Battle| April 27 | 4 – 6 p.m.
Join the Neurofibromatosis Network for Docs Rock for NF for a night of great music, good vibes and impact! Enjoy free admission, food truck bites, a performance by Stone Lotus and an NF auction. Don’t miss your chance to groove and give back.
Sunset & Chill| May 2 | 6 – 10 p.m.
The wait is over! Back again by popular demand is the fourth annual Sunset & Chill Scholarship Fundraiser hosted by Sanford and Orlando Entertainment and The Sanford Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Join them at Cranes Roost Park for an unforgettable experience with live music from L8est Edition and special guests. As the sun sets, you’ll enjoy smooth rhythms, food trucks and an array of vendors. Get your dancing shoes ready! New this year, VIP tables of four seats are available. Dress to impress, and don’t forget your lawn chairs!
NAMI Walks| May 3 | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Join the movement for mental health at NAMIWalks Greater Orlando! This annual event brings the community together to raise awareness and support for mental health advocacy. Participants of all ages can walk, donate or fundraise to help expand free mental health programs and resources. Whether you're walking in honor of a loved one or to support the cause, every step makes a difference.
