Leslie Dello Russo, Chief People Officer at Beep, leads the company’s full-cycle employment and fosters a thriving organizational culture.  She also runs her consulting business, LADR Global, LLC, where she helps small companies with maintaining compliance and following the law. 

With over 25 years of HR experience, Leslie has held leadership roles since 2005. In 2012, she transitioned our of financial services to the tech start-up space as an HR leader at Viewpost, discovering her passion for helping high-tech growth companies evolve.
 
At Luminar, she guided the company’s transition from private to publicly traded in 2020. and lead them by growing by hundreds of employees across operations in seven countries.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Leslie dedicates her time to philanthropy.
