Justin has worked in the Audio, Video and Lighting industry for over seven years and has a strong passion to see all events he does go off successfully and beautifully. He enjoys designing and executing events of all types from small breakouts and gatherings to large scale events. He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society and is Dante Certified. Justin holds a Bachelors of Science in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University. He loves to travel for events and calls Central Florida home, with his wife and son.

Justin loves to learn and implement new technologies. Colleagues have described him as innovative, a problem solver, and a good communicator. In addition to spending time with his family, in his spare time he takes on new interns and trains up the next generation of event professionals!

Everything in my career has led me to this point. I started my love for Social Impact when I started a foundation at my local High school which led me to gain an internship at Florida Hospital in their Foundation department. I have volunteered and helped dozens of Non-Profits create a start and grow in the community. I have spent over 6 years creating and working alongside businesses to help develop and create meaningful impact. I have spent over 4 years working with Non-profits to grow their organization and create new and creative ways to engage donors. I love what I do and wouldn't change my experience or my career for the world.
