Description
Course Description:
•An in-depth overview of the Florida Realtors Commercial Contract, when to use it and when to procure an attorney-drafted commercial sales contract.
•This course will aim to instruct real estate agents on the differences between Residential Real Estate sales and Commercial Real Estate sales, including commission differences (lien rights), closing differences and what challenges they may face.
•Also included will be a discussion on different types of financing available for Commercial Real Estate transactions, the Florida Real Estate Sales Commission Lien Act.
•A review of the different types of commercial transactions: vacant tract land, buildings, industrial land, and sales of businesses.
