How are you holding up? You can't take care of anybody else if you haven't taken care of yourself.
A lot has changed over the past couple of months due to the COVID-19 outbreak. And I know that like me, you have had to create new routines.
I never expected to be working from home or homeschooling my kids but that's what we do ~ we adapt!
A topic that has been on my mind lately is SELF-CARE. I firmly believe that we have to take care of ourselves before we can ever start to care for others.
This class explores all natural ways to take care of yourself.
