Description
Come out for a complimentary educational program that offers information about early detection. An early diagnosis gives people with Alzheimer's and related dementias the opportunity to make key decisions about treatment and care. This workshop is ideal for anyone who may be concerned about family members. Guest Speaker-Dama Melendez Associate Director of Programs, Alzheimer's Association, Central and North Florida Chapter.
