We are so excited to have Richard Fryer as our speaker for the fantastic event! He is going to cover many aspects of real estate compliance, new and proposed laws, and how to stay within the ethical lines of real estate as a sales associate, broker or owning your own brokerage.
Mr. Fryer is a member of FREC and 2016 Chairman of FREC. He is a very well known and distinguished member of the real estate industry. Mr. Fyer is a DBPR Permitted Instructor, and holds many designations. Including ABR, AHWD, DREI, GREEN, MRP, RSPS, SFR and SRES. He is an active and licensed realtor, broker and owns IFREC Real Estate School. Mr. Fyer has won many awards and serves in Local, State and National Association of Realtors.
