Join the J. Douglas Williams YMCA in Lake Mary for Healthy Families Day, a free community event designed to bring families together for a day of fun, wellness, and community connection!

Come out and enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities, games, and entertainment! The day will feature local area vendors, community resources, and exciting giveaways.

 It’s the perfect time to register for  Fall Youth Sports, the Swim Team, and Swim Lessons and our Teen Program. Offers are valid in person during the Healthy Family Day weekend.

Featuring: New Worlds Reading Initiative

We’re proud to host the New Worlds Reading Initiative, a statewide program committed to improving literacy among Florida students. Families will learn how their children can earn up to 63 books by 5th grade, and participate in fun reading activities designed to build strong literacy habits at home. Lunch will be provided during the New Worlds session, but pre-registration is required to attend that portion of the event.

?? Note: Registration is only required for the New Worlds Reading Initiative portion of the day. All other Healthy Families Day activities are free and open to the public—no sign-up needed!
