The Taxation of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies
In this seminar, we present an overview of the intersection of U.S. international taxation and asset protection. We also discuss how cryptocurrencies maybe utilized (and taxed) as part of international planning. Attendees will learn how planning options differ according to status from the resident and NRA perspectives. Regulations governing cryptocurrencies (tax purposes, potential risks, and compliance) are also discussed.
