FITNESS FRIDAY WITH:
Camp Gladiator
Please join our Watch Party on Facebook at 9am, Friday, April 17th!
Camp Gladiator will be leading the session this week and demonstrating a 60 minute full body workout for all fitness levels. They will also show you what objects you can use for weights if you don?t own a pair of dumbbells.
Camp Gladiator is all about being better together and through virtual programming with a personal trainer LIVE. There have been huge improvements in ALL family members being active together in the garage, living room and even the back patio!
This routine is for every fitness level.
