5K Family Run and Walk
Front Running Sports and Extreme Youth Sports of Lake Mary, in partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Seminole County is hosting the "Extreme Healthy Famlies" 5K walk/run to promote healthy lifestyles. The purpose of the 5K event is to improve public health by raising awareness and educating community members about the benefits of maintaining a healthy weight through proper diet and physical activity.
