Join us for a casual networking happy hour on the 2nd Thursday every month! No formal program, no requirement, just casual conversation with fellow business leaders.
Hors d'oeuvres Menu:
*Green Fruit Martini with kiwi, green grapes, honey dew and pasticcio mouse, garnished with roasted pasticcios and an edible clover.
*Slow Braised Guinness Short Ribs made table sde with a broccoli slaw and a stout reduction.
*Mini Shepherds' Pie- made traditional and garnished with spicy micro herbs and creme fresh.
*Lamb Lollipops sauteed table side done the Irish way and served on sugar cane with a mint puree and balsamic reduction.
*Seared Sea Scallops made table side with a prickly pear and lime reduction.
Beverages:
Specialty drink- Mini Shamrock Shakes with Peppermint Schnapps
