Nicolle Pestana joins BOS with a strong background in high-end residential design and client-focused sales. Originally from Venezuela, Nicolle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where she developed a passion for creating meaningful and functional spaces. Inspired by her family, she blends aesthetic detail with a deep understanding of client needs to deliver exceptional environments.

Nick Gavin, a Lake Mary native and proud father of three, brings over a decade of sales experience to his role as New Business Development Representative. Prior to joining BOS, Nick supported schools, businesses, and public sector clients across the region with Staples Business Advantage. He is eager to contribute to BOS’s continued growth in Central Florida and to help clients discover the benefits of partnering with a world-class Haworth dealer.

Zach Honka, a Seminole County resident since 1990, adds more than ten years of business development experience in Central Florida to the BOS team. A proud husband, father of four, and one of eight siblings, Zach is deeply connected to the local community. He and his family enjoy Disney, the beach, and spending time at the softball fields. Zach’s passion for building relationships and fostering local partnerships aligns perfectly with BOS’s values and vision.
