Jessica Hall Speak’s parents, Geoff and Carol Hall, started Flarent in 1991. In the early years she helped with house cleanings and repairs. After graduating college and earning her real state license she came on full time as an administrative staffer and began managing her own portfolio of properties. She eventually got her community association manager license and began managing homeowner’s associations and condominium associations. She has been a member of NARPM since 2006 and held a position as treasurer for the local chapter. In 2020, she took over as Broker from her late father and leads the team at Flarent with empathy and mutual respect. She cares for her clients and works hard to help them meet their financial goals. In addition to her passion for continuing the great business her family built, Jessica is also a professional musician and music teacher. In her free time, she enjoys running with her running club.

Charles Willson is the owner of CJ’s Junk Be Gone LLC, where he’s the owner operator.  Charles retired as a Master Sergeant after 22 years in the Marine Corps where he was a Motor Transport Maintenance Chief.  Now building relationships in the local business community. Passionate about building professional and personal relationships, collaborating, growth, supporting small businesses, Charles is excited to contribute to the chamber sharing knowledge and experience while learning from others.  Charles has a goal to build his business to decrease veteran unemployment, build connections, promote development, support local initiatives. Outside of work, Charles enjoys the outdoors, reading books, volunteering at his church in Sanford, riding motorcycles, helping fellow veterans, which reflects his commitment to both professional and community growth.
